On June 12, in observance of the 127th Philippine Independence Day, Badz participated in a three-day event together with the Filipino art community, local art enthusiasts, and several embassy personnel, held at the Bulwagan ng mga Pangulo at the Philippine Embassy.

He demonstrated his commitment to mentorship by orchestrating two art workshops: one for adults on June 14 at the Philippine Embassy and another for children on June 15 at Artistes du Monde for Kids, Rue des Cygnes.

Basic subjects like papercut butterflies, dragonflies, and flowers made up the easy to learn lessons.
"These workshops provide a good venue for art and cultural interaction bet us, as the visiting art ambassadors of our country and the local art communities and connecting with our kababayans as well.”

Magsumbol is a storyteller based in Manila who passionately advocates for reaching out to children through art, both within the country and abroad.
