Art Surge 2021 is an International Painting Competition and Conference designed for the youth.This programme aims to discover and highlight talents; collate the perspectives of the youth;and strengthen cultural ties across Southeast Asia through creativity and dialogues. Artsea Lab and Artdialogo Asia and their program supporters; the National Youth Council Singapore , ASEAN Youth Forum , Rotary Club of Bandar Utama , K Biz, Paragon International University, World Youth Alliance, Friends of St. Mary Mckillop and In the Wild collaborate to highlight the value of creative leadership and youth development through the artistic and creative lens.
